Where can I get the book?
If you're on a tight budget, you can check amazon, ebay, and half.com for deals. Just be careful that you don't pay too much for shipping. You can find both hardcover and softcover for right around $5 total (price + shipping) on these sites
You can get a new softcover at Walmart for about $9. This is good information if you intend to look for an online deal.
You can also find it at your local bookstore.
